Shadow Strategic IFAK POUCH, when you need an IFAK pouch, every second counts. For this reason, the pouch can be torn off the base, making the medical kit inside faster and easier to access. A tourniquet and other immediately needed supplies can be installed on the outside. You can also carry bandages, scissors, a scalpel, clot-busting equipment, painkillers and many other supplies inside for quick access.
