Samura ELECTRIC DIAMOND SHARPENER SEC-2000

The Samura electric diamond sharpener is designed for sharpening kitchen knives, regardless of whether they are made of steel or ceramic.

Insert the blade from the back and slowly pull the knife towards you without using too much force. Continue to repeat until all burrs and impurities have been removed from the cut. Use coarse diamond discs at first, then switch to fine diamond discs in the next step to polish the knife. This ensures a sharp and even edge, which in turn prolongs the sharpness. You can also use fine diamond discs for light grinding, for example, to remove burrs only. The sharpener is also suitable for sharpening serrated knives.

The housing is conveniently held in place with your free hand, and the rubber feet secure the sharpener firmly to the table and prevent it from slipping while you work.
