Shadow Strategic trauma scissors are one of those things that don't cost much, but become invaluable when you really need them.

Shadow Strategic trauma scissors are available with muted black blades and coyote brown, pale brown or black handles. 

Made of stainless steel, the scissors have a serrated bottom edge that allows you to cut through even the hardest materials and provide quick access for wound treatment. The top of the bottom edge has a rounded tip that allows you to cut against the body without risking further injury.
