Military gas mask CM-6, designed to protect the face and respiratory tract from NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) threats. Equipped with a panoramic panel and two side threads for cartridges.
The CM-6 is a modern military gas mask designed to provide the highest possible protection against NBC threats and maximum ease of use.
It has two filter mounting points, with a 40 mm thread according to NATO STANAG 4155 / EN148-1 standard. These allow you to screw in one filter on the side of your choice and close the opposite hole to allow for right- or left-handed use of the weapon. Two filters can also be installed to increase efficiency and extend the protection time.
The facepiece of the mask is made of bromobutyl rubber, or vulcanized polyisobutylene. It has the highest impermeability to TIC (toxic industrial chemicals) and CWA.
Visibility is ensured by a polycarbonate panoramic panel. It is resistant to scratches, chemical stains and scuffs.
The inner mask is made of silicone. It is hypoallergenic, waterproof and does not burn even during heavy physical exertion. The CM-6 is compatible with the 3M Safety 6878 corrective insert for the visually impaired.
The degree of flexibility of the mask makes it easy to put on, adheres well and works with breathing so that used air does not accumulate. Allows the user to speak freely, without distorting the voice by at least 95%. The mask allows the use of voice amplification devices.
The CM-6 is held on the head with an adjustable strap consisting of 6 buckle straps and a mesh panel. This allows you to stretch the mask vertically and laterally as needed and ensure a proper fit. Due to the large adjustment options, the mask is one size fits all. It should fit adult faces of all sizes and shapes, except very small ones.
The mask is certified with protection class III according to the European standard EN 136: 1998.
The CM-6 military gas mask is designed to be compatible with tactical equipment such as ballistic helmets or red dot sights. It is a good addition to a military equipment kit, a choice for protection in the work environment or emergency protection in the event of an accident.
The mask is suitable for long-term storage for up to 20 years from the date of manufacture under the conditions specified in the instructions for use. Its condition and tightness should be checked every 5 years.

If the oxygen content in the atmosphere is below 17%, because the mask does not have its own oxygen source.
Wearing a beard and long hair can make it difficult for the mask to fit snugly on your head.
2) Gas mask filter additional information:
Multi-gas breathing cartridge, type A2B2E2K2HgP3D R, for gas masks with mounting slots according to STANAG 4155 / EN148-1. It provides long-term protection against known TICs, CWAs and biological agents according to EN 14387:2004.
When used as a filter, it is reusable, as indicated by the R designation. In addition, it has increased resistance to dolomite dust, as indicated by the D designation.
The phytochemicals housing is made of durable polymer, which makes the whole thing lightweight and impact-resistant.
This combination filter is intended for use by civil defense, first responders, and chemical specialists.

NOTE:
Long-term storage must take place in the original packaging, in a clean room, at a constant temperature of -5 to 30°C and humidity below 80%.
The packaged filter is resistant to temperatures from -30 to 50°C and humidity below 95%. The expiration date is indicated on the sticker on the housing in month and year format.
Do not regenerate or clean with air or pressurized water. Used product must be disposed of as toxic waste.
