HOW TO BUY FROM THE ONLINE STORE
v You can buy from the MILITAARPOOD.EE e-store both as a registered user and without a user account, but user account holders can place recurring orders faster, monitor the status of the order and the history of their previous orders from their account, print out invoices or view them. In addition, as a user, it is possible to receive information about e-store news and offers by email.
v Before placing an order, you must have familiarized yourself with the online store terms of sale and agree to them. Placing an order is also considered a contract between the parties.
v Select the required product, mark its size, color or other variant, mark the desired quantity of the product (the default quantity is 1) and add the product to the shopping cart. If necessary, select and add a new product. The selected products are reflected as a list in the shopping cart. If necessary, you can delete them from the shopping cart or make changes. If the product is available in our warehouse, you can place an order, if the product is marked "On pre-order / On availability" or similar variant (which does not indicate the quantity of the product numerically), then the product cannot be placed as an order in the shopping cart. Only products that are actually available can be purchased! Be sure to also select and mark the shipping method that suits you as the delivery of the goods, which are: Omniva/Post24, SmartPOST/Itella, Cargobus or similar possible postal service. If there is no corresponding option or there is something to specify, write a note in the explanation in the order form. The explanation is especially important for persons stationed in a military unit, where the service only allows delivery by courier or if there is no parcel machine or post office nearby. For products, such as used products, that do not have a clearly understandable size (clothing), it is necessary to indicate your measurements in the description (sleeve length, waist circumference, back length, leg length, height).
v You will immediately receive a confirmation of your order stating that it is "In Progress". Based on this, we will mark the order status as "In Progress" and you will receive the necessary information as an invoice by email, which will also be the basis for your payment for the Order. You can print the invoice from your from user account, from which you can also track the further status of the goods. Necessary notifications from us regarding the status of the order will also be sent to the email address you have specified. If there are errors in the invoice sent to you, the data is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us immediately and we will send you a revised invoice or a repeat order. PS! If you have not paid within one week of placing the order, your order will be cancelled (we will also inform you of this in advance by email).
v The cost of the goods will be subject to a shipping fee based on the size, weight or volume of the goods and the terms and conditions of the service provider. Goods weighing between 25 kg and 100 kg or that do not fit in a standard parcel locker will be sent via Cargobus or another service provider.
v Payment is only possible by bank transfer based on the order and invoice received! If you are using a previously purchased discount coupon (so-called campaign voucher), enter the coupon code in the corresponding box when ordering and the discount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
v After payment for your order and receipt of payment to our bank account, we will send you the goods within 2 - 5 working days (usually 2 working days). Be sure to check whether you have indicated the correct and real data as the destination of the goods. When sending from a parcel machine, the most important thing is the correct GSM phone number! The door code of the parcel machine will be sent to this, with which you can receive the package. Keep the door code, because if the goods do not suit you or the wrong goods have been sent, you can return it using the same door code.
v You can return the goods in the terms of sale within fourteen (14) days under the stated conditions.
